How does EmSculpt work?
The EMSCULPT device uses a focused electromagnetic field to cause “supramaximal” muscle contractions. These are the kinds of contractions you might cause by exercising at peak exertion level.
These contractions are much more powerful than the voluntary contractions that occur when doing an exercise such as a sit-up. The most notable aspect of this revolutionary treatment for body contouring is the contractions not only cause fat to burn but builds muscle tissue.
This is the first time that a procedure has been developed to reduce fat deposits while building muscle. It is the only technology of its kind in the world, and it offers a “perfect storm” for those hoping to improve tone and sculpt more attractive contours of the body.
Is it safe?

Does it hurt?
This is not a painful procedure. If anything, an EMSCULPT session will remind you of an intense workout. The difference is that you won’t need to exert yourself. During the treatment, the only activity that you need to focus on is to relax. You won’t need any pre-treatment preparation and once you are done, you can immediately resume your regular activities.
How many sessions will I need?
A single EMSCULPT session lasts about 30 minutes. You should expect to need a minimum of four sessions, with intervals of two to three days between each session. Your exact treatment plan will vary depending on your starting point and your aesthetic goals. Through an in-person examination and consultation, we will lay outa course of action that can lead you to the sculpted, athletic appearance you envision for your body.
When will I see results?
You will feel some changes immediately after your treatment. These changes will become more noticeable over the following weeks, especially after the two-to four-week mark. You will continue to see ongoing changes for several weeks following your EMSCULPT procedure.
Who is a candidate for EmSculpt?
This is a non-invasive treatment, so much so that it should be medically safe for almost anyone. This can be confirmed in a private consultation. Patients with less than an inch of pinchable fat may be able to achieve particularly satisfying outcomes in toning and sculpting stomach and buttocks.
